• Do you have to be a member to rent through us ?

  Absolutely not! Anyone can rent through us and enjoy great savings!

• What color wrist bands will I receive when renting through an owner?

  You will receive Blue VIP member guest wrist bands . The gold wrist bands are only provided for members and guest traveling with members.

   

• Will we have access to all areas of the resort?

  You will have access to all the VIP areas of the resort , but there are three members-only areas of the resort: Serenity Beach, Harmony Beach, and  Azul (including Anja's Lounge and The Spot) restaurant.

• Where is Puerto Plata?

  Puerto Plata is on the north cost of the Dominican Republic. Continental, Jet Blue and American Airlines offer service from the US. The property is located approximately 30 km west of the airport.

• Do I need to speak Spanish?

  No, most everyone speaks a little bit of English. The locals do appreciate any attempt speak Spanish.

• What is VIP membership?

  The Lifestyle VIP World (premium restaurant, cafe, pool and beach) is exclusive for LHVC members and members' guests only. It includes members-only amenities and services such as bars, lounges, cafe, restaurant, entertainment, etc.

• What is the All-Inclusive fee?

  All-inclusive fee is a mandatory charge and varies per accomodation. Prices are listed on each the accommodations pages. Children between the ages of 3 and 12 years are 50% off the rate, per child per day. The all-inclusive fee includes unlimited food, soft drinks, cocktails and wine.

• What do I do upon arrival at the airport in Puerto Plata?

  Upon arrival at the Puerto Plata International Airport you will be required to have all your customs and immigration forms completed and ready for inspection. You will also be required to purchase a Tourist Card ($10 US). Once you complete your forms and pass through the Customs & Immigration area you will enter the luggage pickup area. Get your luggage and proceed outside the terminal building. Look for a transportation host with a "Name Sign." You will be taken directly to check-in.

• Does every villa have its own pool?

  Yes, every villa has a beautiful private pool.

• Is there on-site transportation?

  Yes,  there is shuttle service from your villa - only for VIP members. Additionally, we can request, but not guarantee, a golf cart for your entire vacation.

• What credit cards are accepted when we arrive for the all-inclusive fees?

  All major credit and debit cards, including Discover Card. We also accept American dollars, Dominican Pesos and American Express Travelers Cheques

• What is included in the All-Inclusive?

  24 hours food and beverage available.

  All meals (private breakfast in villa, and lunch and dinner available in several restaurants at your choice)

  A la Carte dining at 7 specialty restaurants,  reservation required.

  Daytime and late snacks.

  Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including beer, spirits, cocktails, house wine with meals,  juices and soft drinks available from 8 bars.

  Daily activities program.  

  Non-motorized watersports. 

  Gym , Night entertainment Amphitheater with shows Admission to Disco (drinks not included inside of disco)  Kid’s Club ,  Tennis daytime,  

   

  This all-inclusive fee is payable when you arrive at the resort you do not pay us the all-inclusive fees .

• What are the Entry and Exit requirements for the Dominican Republic?

  For U.S. citizens must have a valid passport for travel to the Dominican Republic. Canadian citizens, a valid passport, or a birth certificate, Certificate of Naturalization or Certificate of Citizenship, along with photo identification, are required for both entry and exit.  For  Canadians or other nationalities that will be flying to the Dominican Republic via the United States a valid pasport is also required.  All tourists must purchase a visa/tourist card at a cost of $10.00 U.S. to enter the Dominican Republic. Canadian travellers are provided with this visa/tourist card before leaving Canada. Visitors who do not obtain a visa/tourist card prior to entry must purchase one at the airport when they arrive in the Dominican Republic.
